The project Jeff was hired for was to assist us in our troubled company turnaround and restructuring work for a large (>$600 million in sales) NYSE company. Jeff’s assignment focused on understanding and recommending changes to the business processes in the general accounting, the purchasing and accounts payable, the credit and collections, and the treasury and cash management functions.
